Competition breeds innovation. After Louisiana Grills opted to make pellet grills with the firepot closer to the hopper to push reliability in 2006, David Baker saw an opportunity to make pellet grills safer by designing Green Mountain Grills with a fan feature that cooled the grill during shutdown.
After a decade-plus long streak, Green Mountain Grills continue to innovate with the introduction of staples such as peaked lids for larger meats, low pellet alarms, and of course, the WiFi control system which allows you to control and monitor your grill and food temperatures via smartphone.
