We just purchased our home and wanted to make sure the fireplaces worked before using them. Josh the tech was on time, very friendly and very professional. He cleaned the chimney and fixed the gas lighter on our wood burning fireplace and set up our gas fireplace. He instructed us on how to use the gas fireplace in the most efficient way. Great service all the way around!

Very impressed with the knowledge of the serviceman that came and explained everything he saw as he took the fireplace apart and also took pictures as he worked. Also very neat and clean ...layed out protection down so my carpet wouldn't get dirty. After the work was done he explained all of the work he did on my report. They showed up on time, inspected and cleaned my fireplace and chimney, gave a good report as what they found and what needed to be repaired. They were respectful in my home. Cleaned up after they left took shoes off before coming in to the house.
Good service - very reliable
These guys are hard workers. In 110 degree weather getting in an attic to make sure this homeowners pipe is replaced properly. Has to be 20 degrees hotter in the attic. Thanks getting the job done right!

We had a great experience with River City Chimney & Hearth. They were able to order replacement panels for our 28-year-old fireplace. Installation was smooth and professional, the work area was protected, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were spot on with the estimate for replacing the panels and cleaning the chimney, so no surprises there. They also gave us some great advice for maintaining our fireplace. Set up an appointment to have two chimneys cleaned and inspected. They did an excellent job with no mess. They also pointed out that the one in the basement which had been used with wood logs was only suppose to be used as a natural gas fire place. Others had missed that!!!

I highly recommend River City Chimney & Hearth. I called regarding a bird in my fireplace and the blower not working. I spoke with Ron over the phone and he sent out James and Josh. All of them had excellent customer service skills!! James and Josh got the bird out safely and alive might I add plus fixed the blower and cleaned the glass. If you have any fireplace issues I would definitely give them a call!! My experience was absolutely awesome thanks to Ron, James and Josh!!!
