This Company came early at my request even though they were very busy so I could continue doing remodel work on the house. We have a very old chimney that we have never used but wanted clean and they swept it out without getting any soot or dust in the house. The smoke chamber was inspected and found to have some stubborn creosote that could not be swept and they are coming back to remove it with a pcr treatment. The employees and owners of this company have shown themselves to be honest and diligent.

We had a great experience with River City Chimney & Hearth. They were able to order replacement panels for our 28-year-old fireplace. Installation was smooth and professional, the work area was protected, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were spot on with the estimate for replacing the panels and cleaning the chimney, so no surprises there. They also gave us some great advice for maintaining our fireplace. Set up an appointment to have two chimneys cleaned and inspected. They did an excellent job with no mess. They also pointed out that the one in the basement which had been used with wood logs was only suppose to be used as a natural gas fire place. Others had missed that!!!
